Announcing Inperium of New Jersey, Inc.
Inperium Inc., a non-profit Pennsylvania corporation announces its first affiliated entity in New Jersey, Inperium of New Jersey, Inc. which was established in September 2017 to oversee affiliates offering services in the State of New Jersey. Inperium, Inc. is currently the Parent company to Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc., Edison Court, Inc. and Community Prevention Partnership, Inc., all Pennsylvania based entities whose missions further the Mental Health, Intellectual Disabilities, and/or other Health Services needs of communities in which they operate. In 2015 Inperium, Inc. became the nation’s first not-for-profit human services organization to sponsor an employee stock ownership program.
Inperium Chief Executive Ryan Smith commented regarding this transaction: “Inperium is continuing to expand its service offerings to new geographical locations and we are very excited to begin our operations in New Jersey.”
